Meet Dr. Dixon
Sherri Tenpenny, DO, AOBNMM, ABIHM
FOUNDER
Dr. Sherri J. Tenpenny opened her integrative medical practice in Strongsville, Ohio in 1996 to provide the best of integrative medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. The original name, OsteoMed II, was changed to Tenpenny Integrative Medical Center in 2008 when the clinic was moved to Middleburg Heights.

Forms & Policy
Please complete the new patient forms as thoroughly as possible, they are very important for your appointment.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE BRING ALL LAB, Xray and pathology reports (where appropriate) that have been completed within the last 6-12 months.
If you do NOT have your completed forms with you or, if you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to be fair to other patients. Thank you for helping us serve everyone to the best of our ability.

Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, we hold this space for you. To be fair to our business and to other patients who could have been seen during that time, our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
Upon scheduling your first appointment, we will process your credit card over the phone for $50.00 to hold your appointment time. The $50.00 will be applied towards your first appointment unless you fail to give proper notice to cancel or reschedule. TIMC reserves the right to withhold deposit as your cancellation fee for a no show or failure to follow our cancellation policy.
All scheduled appointments require a minimum of two-day notice, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
You must call the office to make schedule changes. Email and text are unacceptable. Patients who cancel without proper notice or fail to show for any scheduled appointment will be subject to a $50.00 charge.
